Simon Brand

Simon joined the parish council in 2017 after a full career as a warfare officer and helicopter pilot in the Royal Navy.  He subsequently became the chairman in 2021.  He has lived in Holcombe since 2004 and cares deeply about the values and culture of the village which he considers important to maintain and develop.  His key responsibilities are finance, planning, community projects and emergency planning.
